| FREE!!! Vienna: Doberman/Greyhound mix (looks just like a Dobbie; NOT FOR FIGHTING), 8 yrs old, spayd, 45 lbs, primarily indoor dog. Is terrified of thunderstorms. Great with cats and other dogs. Will come with her dog dish, fleece dog coat, nylon winter dog coat and a cool weather jacket. Meeko: Black lab/bird dog mix. He is 3 yrs old and neutered. 40 lbs. He’s been the farm’s “babysitter” and caregiver to all the other animals, including my little dogs and cats. He plays with them and lets them sleep on top of him when he’s cold. He has a dependent personality so he likes to sleep on the bed and be a lap dog. Great with cats and other dogs. Will come with his dog dish, fleece dog coat, nylon winter dog coat and a cool weather jacket. Maizzi: Basset hound, 4 yrs old, spayed, 30 lbs, not overweight. She wants to be a lap dog. I got her from a farm in Crescent City where I was trimming horse hooves. Great with cats and other dogs. Will come with her dog dish and a fleece winter jacket. Lucy: SPECIAL NEEDS DOG, bulldog/pitbull/Dalmation mix (very sweet; NOT FOR FIGHTING). 1.5 yrs old. She was born DEAF so she is clingy and is dependent on humans. She is still young and will need another dog with which to play. She does NOT do well with cats!!!! She does need to be in her cage to eat and when humans eat if there are other dogs. She will come with her crate/cage, all of her doggie clothes, blankets, toys, food dish and collar with jingle bells on it so you can hear where she is. You can’t call her to come back. She’ll need someone who will let her sleep on the bed and can be patient with her as she’s needy and needs your ears. Hannah: SPECIAL NEEDS DOG, Australian Shepard mix, long-haired, 8 years old, spayed, 45 lbs, loves to be outside, but will sleep inside sometimes, particularly if its raining. She has no herding instinct. She is a “special needs” dog and is a pet. When she was 3 years old, Amber the horse stomped Hannah’s back. In 5 years, she’s gone through back spasms that debilitate her for a few hours. She cannot lay on cold, damp, hard surfaces. She’ll need someone who can handle when she has a spasm, which is very rare but they do happen. Will come with her food dish and a winter jacket so she can be shielded from the dampness Suzie: Small, diminutive mix Rottie (very sweet; NOT FOR FIGHTING), 8 yrs old, spayed, 40 lbs, indoor/outdoor dog. I took her home from a farm in Salt Springs where I was trimming horse hooves when she was a few months old. Will come with her food dish and a light jacket. *** I’d prefer that Hannah and Suzie go together as they’ve been partners for the last 7 years. | For Sale! Aspen: 1.5 year old, 12.3 hh filly. Born 07/01/2008. ¼ Belgian, ¾ Appaloosa mix. 4 white hooves, 1 1/2 dark blue eyes, ½ light blue eye. Brown roan/snowflake with black mane, tail, forelock. White blaze. Probably will grow to be 14 hh. Very sweet and willing to please. Leads, lunges, carries saddle (too young to ride). Would make a wonderful mount for a petite woman or for a 4-H project. $350 firm Amber: 14 year old, 15 hh chestnut and white overo Paint. Rides English. Very quiet so she won’t make a for a jumper or barrel racer. Good horse for beginner or intermediate rider. $475 firm Raelene: 20 year old, 15 hh white grade Appaloosa mare (mother to the 1.5 & 14 yr olds). I’ve had her since she was 2.5 yrs old so this is hard for me to part with her. She rides English and bareback.
